Meet the Team

Gemma Woodward

Manager - SENDCo - DSL - Level 3

Gemma has been at the setting since 2019 and has been in childcare for 15 years. She is the safeguarding lead for the setting. Gemma holds a SENDCo level 3 qualification and is the lead for SENDCo in the setting. Gemma is in setting 4 days a week and works in office out of setting on a Thursday.

Hannah Winbourne

Deputy - DSL - SENDCo - Level 3

Hannah has been at the setting for since 2018 and has been working in childcare for over 10 years. Hannah is deputy safeguarding lead and SENDCo and holds a SENDCo level 2 qualification. Hannah is currently studying to complete her level 3 SENDCo Hannah is in setting full time.

Alana Isnch

Level 3 - Frog group leader

Alana has been working at the setting since 2012 and has experience working with our younger tadpole group and older frog group.

Alana is currently the lead for our frog group.

Alana is in setting full time.

Tracey Pitcher

Level 3 Practitioner- ECAT lead

Tracey has been in the setting since 2016 where she completed her level 3 qualification with us. Tracey works in our tadpole group working alongside Hannah. Tracey is our ECAT (every childs a talker) lead. Tracey is in setting full time.

Shannon Hammond

Level 2 Apprentice

Shannon has been in our setting since 2021. She is currently completing her level 2 qualification. Shannon is currently working in frog group with Alana and has also had experience working with our younger children. Shannon is in setting full time.

Suzanne Hamer

Level 2 Qualified - 1-1 support

Suzanne started with us in 2020 as a volunteer and then started her apprentiship with us in 2021 and completed her level 2 childcare qualification. Suzanne is currently a 1-1 support and works Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
